Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 October 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to TG Outlet.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, https://tgoutlet.co.uk, and any purchases made through our online store.

TG Outlet is an independent UK-based retailer specialising in branded clothing and footwear, including clearance and end-of-line products for men, women and children.

TG Outlet is operated by Omer Taycur as a sole trader in the United Kingdom.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

2. Business Information

Trading name: TG Outlet

Business owner: Omer Taycur

Business structure: Sole trader

Trading address:

74 Blendworth Crescent
Havant
PO9 2BG
United Kingdom

Customer service email: support@tgoutlet.co.uk

Website: https://tgoutlet.co.uk

Our trading address is used for business operations and correspondence. It is not a physical retail shop and is not open for customer visits.

3. Eligibility and Website Use

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter into a binding contract.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

You must not use our website for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes.

We reserve the right to restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers or website security.

4. Products and Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, prices and sizing information for all products listed on our website.

Our stock includes branded clothing, footwear, clearance items and end-of-line products.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, our products are sold as brand new.

Some products may have damaged or imperfect outer packaging, such as a scuffed or damaged shoebox. Where relevant, we aim to disclose this in the product description.

Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings.

Please read product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

If a product is not as described, faulty or otherwise fails to meet your statutory rights, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement under applicable UK law.

5. Clearance Stock and Availability

TG Outlet specialises in clearance and end-of-line stock.

As a result, quantities, sizes, colours and styles may be limited, and some products may not be restocked once sold out.

Adding an item to your shopping basket does not reserve it.

All orders are subject to stock availability.

In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in British pounds sterling (GBP).

The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be displayed before you complete your order.

TG Outlet is not currently registered for VAT. We therefore do not separately charge VAT on our sales.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors or inaccuracies.

If an obvious pricing error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may choose whether to continue at the correct price or cancel for a refund.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout.

We do not store customers’ full payment card details ourselves.

7. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it.

This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract for the purchase of goods is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order, normally through a dispatch confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • An item is unavailable.
  • Payment cannot be authorised.
  • There is a genuine pricing or product information error.
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
  • We are unable to deliver to the address provided.

If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot fulfil, we will issue an appropriate refund.

We will not cancel an accepted order arbitrarily or in a way that overrides your statutory rights.

8. Delivery

TG Outlet currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.

We do not currently offer international delivery.

Delivery charges and available services are displayed at checkout before payment.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £75.

Orders below this threshold are subject to the delivery charges shown at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly during working days.

Orders placed before 1:00 pm on a working day may be dispatched the same day, where operationally possible. Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.

We generally use Royal Mail or another suitable delivery provider.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver goods without undue delay and within the period required by applicable UK law.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated to receive them, subject to applicable law.

If your delivery is delayed, missing or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can investigate.

For further information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

9. Cancellations and Returns

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel an online order without giving a reason.

For most goods, this cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you receive the goods, or the last item where an order is delivered in separate shipments.

To exercise your cancellation right, you must notify us clearly of your decision to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.

You then generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods are faulty or not as described, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind cancellation, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

You may inspect and try on items as you would reasonably be permitted to do in a physical shop.

We may make a lawful deduction for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Certain products may be exempt from the statutory cancellation right, including sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the legal exemption applies.

These exceptions do not remove your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.

For complete instructions, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Refunds

Where you validly cancel an order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will issue any refund due in accordance with applicable UK law.

For a cancellation after goods have been delivered, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Where required by law, refunds will include the original standard delivery charge. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service may not be refundable.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

We will not charge an administration fee for issuing a statutory refund.

Where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, your statutory remedies will apply.

11. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

We take care to ensure that products are accurately described and appropriately checked before dispatch.

If you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please contact us at support@tgoutlet.co.uk.

Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us resolve the matter more quickly, although providing photographs is not a condition of exercising your statutory rights.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to reject faulty goods, request a repair or replacement, or receive an appropriate refund or price reduction.

Your statutory rights apply equally to clearance and sale items.

Where goods are faulty or not as described, we will meet our legal obligations regarding reasonable return costs.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes those rights.

12. Product Sizing

Clothing and footwear sizes may vary between manufacturers and product ranges.

Where possible, we provide the manufacturer’s stated size or relevant UK sizing information.

Customers are encouraged to review the product description and any available size guidance before purchasing.

If you are unsure about a particular product, please contact us before ordering.

Incorrect sizing does not automatically mean that a product is faulty. However, your applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

13. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional prices, discounts or special offers.

Promotions may be subject to specific conditions, availability and expiry dates.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in promotional information.

Any reference to a recommended retail price (RRP) or previous price is intended to provide pricing information and must be interpreted according to the details shown for the product.

We aim to ensure that all savings claims and price comparisons are accurate and not misleading.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content belonging to TG Outlet, including original text, graphics, website design elements and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party brand names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

The sale of branded products does not imply that TG Outlet is officially affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those brands unless expressly stated.

You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our original website content without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

15. Website Accuracy and Availability

We aim to keep our website accurate, secure and accessible.

However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or technical errors.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security updates or other operational reasons.

We may correct errors or update website information where necessary.

Nothing in this section affects any contractual or statutory rights relating to orders already accepted.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website is powered by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, delivery, analytics and other essential functions.

We may also provide links to external websites.

We are not responsible for the content or operation of independent third-party websites that we do not control.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Nothing in this section limits our legal responsibility for services or obligations that we are required to provide to you.

17. Privacy and Personal Information

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.

Information about how we collect, use and protect personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed as described in that policy.

Privacy Policy: https://tgoutlet.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy

18. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Breach of statutory consumer rights.
  • Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances for which we are not legally responsible.

These terms are intended for purchases made by consumers for personal use. They do not remove any rights or remedies available under UK law.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights arising under contracts already formed.

20. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory legal protections that apply in your country of residence.

Nothing in these terms prevents you from bringing proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer protection law.

21. Contact Information

If you have any questions about these Terms of Service, your order or our products, please contact us.
