UK Delivery
TG Outlet currently delivers within the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland, subject to courier coverage and any applicable parcel restrictions. We are not accepting international delivery orders at this time.
Delivery options and charges
- Standard UK Delivery: £4.99.
- Express UK Delivery: £6.99, with priority dispatch as described below.
- Free Standard UK Delivery: on orders of £75 or more.
The delivery options and final charges available for your address will be confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch times
We aim to process and dispatch Standard Delivery orders as promptly as possible. Dispatch times can vary depending on order volume and working days.
For Express Delivery orders placed and paid for before 1 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), we aim to pack and dispatch your parcel the same working day. Express orders placed after 1 pm or on weekends or bank holidays will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
These are dispatch targets, not guaranteed delivery dates. Exceptionally busy periods or circumstances outside our control may affect dispatch; if there is a significant delay, we will contact you.
Couriers and delivery estimates
We choose an appropriate courier and service for each parcel once it has been packed and weighed. This may include Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48 or another suitable service. Our Express option prioritises dispatch; it does not guarantee next-day delivery, and the specific courier service may vary.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 have delivery aims, not guaranteed arrival dates. The estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout is an estimate and may depend on your location and the courier used. Remote areas and islands may take longer.
We will provide dispatch confirmation and tracking information where available.
